The fourth edition of “Levante Prof” (Bakery, Pastry, Pizzeria, Fresh Pasta, Ice-Cream, Bar, Food & Hotel), professional trade show dedicated to the milling and agro-food industries, will take place on March 1st to 4th, 2015 in the newest Hall of “Fiera del Levante” Exhibition Centre in Bari.
Thanks to the attractive location and the already achieved results, this Trade Fair marks the return to Bari of an International Exhibition devoted to food products in general and particularly to those products known all around the world as being part of the “Mediterranean diet”, which Italy is one of the best known protagonists of.
Many events will take place during the Exhibition, including old custom essay workshops and  debates organized by the trade associations.

This year the Tour Gelato Festival will stop at Levante Prof and professionals will reveal tricks and surprise you with extraordinary recipes .
